Physics
How does our universe work? This is the underlying question every physics student wants to help answer and it has led to some of the biggest scientific breakthroughs in human history — and the more we learn about and study physics, the more we transform society.
As part of our physics courses and degrees, you’ll learn and explore the study of matter and energy, developing a sound understanding of how natural and technologically driven worlds work and operate.
With a physics major, you’ll learn about classical and modern physics, astrophysics, nanoscience and technology through hands-on experiences and theory.
When you graduate, you’ll leave with an appreciation for the fabric of our universe. You’ll also have the skills to apply your knowledge to finding real-world applications that can transform society for the better. Browse our courses to find detailed course information, application dates, entry requirements, fees, subjects, ATAR calculator and more.
