PrimeSCI's Spring 2021 science workshops will be filled with interactive hands-on home science for your students. Workshops will be live-streamed on Zoom.

Join our stuck-at-home science presenters for Going Bananas, Weather and Weathering, Around your Home with the Electromagnetic Spectrum and Plastic Fantastic.

The live workshops are scheduled to run for a minimum of 40 minutes with exciting demonstrations, hands-on activities to follow at home, interactive polls and the opportunity to post science questions to be answered by our PrimeSCI! presenters.

Enrolment fee: $10.50 per family (including Trybooking fee)

Capacity: Maximum 150 registrations per webinar session.

Please note: Your child’s privacy and internet safety are important to us. Children will only be able to view our presenters and not any other participants.

Explore the amazing world of plastics! Go beyond looking at plastics as just waste materials that can be recycled. Learn how plastics are sorted, explore their different behaviours, look at their molecular makeup and make your own bio-plastic. Active adult supervision is required.

Wonderful Wetlands of Western Port

Wednesday 29 September, 10am

For residents of the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council, the Healthy Rivers Healthy Bay team is providing a free school holiday science workshop on the Wonderful Wetlands of Western Port.

Children will learn the importance of wetlands, what they are, where they are and how we can all protect this important part of the ecosystem. Suitable for Prep to Grade 6.
