Jorge Huertas
Alumni story | Design
From Master of Design graduate to teacher at a university in Colombia, Jorge Huertas is doing what he loves.
He is so passionate about his chosen career that he created Design Thinking 24/7, which is now the number one YouTube design thinking channel, while also teaching at a university in Colombia. He says his time at Swinburne helped him grow and inspired him to give back to his community.
Jorge's course strengthened his critical thinking skills and allowed him to build a strong network of design professionals. Jorge believes knowledge is precious. He feels a responsibility to pass his knowledge on to the next generation and is proud to share what he learned at Swinburne, recently giving his first TEDx talk titled “Design thinking: Simplifying innovation.”
