Overview

Spend two weeks during your Summer break studying in the picturesque city of La Rochelle, France. You'll have the opportunity to knock off one unit from your Swinburne degree as you soak up the French culture, cuisine and stunning architecture! 

Dive into the multifaceted world of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and environmental issues as you engage in a dynamic learning experience through case studies, individual and group work, brainstorming sessions, and company visits.

Eligibility criteria

Students must meet the overseas exchange program eligibility requirements.

Academic credit

You are able to take this program as credit for one of your elective units. Alternatively, you may be able to use one core unit for this program, subject to approval from your Course Director.

Credit equivalence

7.5 ECTS = 12.5 CP (1 unit) at Swinburne.

Costs

Tuition fees to the host university are waived for students completing a short-term exchange program at one of our partner universities. You will continue to pay your regular tuition fees to Swinburne while you are on the program.

Please note that there may be other costs incurred outside of tuition fees.

Program cost: There are no program costs for this program. However, you will be expected to pay for your accommodation for the duration of the program. 

You will have your choice of accommodation offered by the host university Excelia. Accommodation costs range from 500€ - 900€ (approximately A$800 - $1500).

The host university will be able to provide further information upon application.

Funding

OS HELP Loans of up to A$7,348 (as at 2023) are available for eligible students to help cover your costs.
